I just had Sal and his team handle my office Holiday party. He made it simple and it was the best time I have had in some time. We had stuffed mushrooms, cheese basket and a veg platter for starters. For are main turkey, beef bourguignon and this wonderful eggplant stew for are vegans. With this great rice pilaf, roasted veggies, stuffing and a fresh salad with these candied walnuts and cranberries. It was all delicious, filling and left everyone satisfied and festive. I can’t wait til are next event so I can bring him back again.
